Refund policy

EXCHANGE -

1. Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any returns. For exchange(Same set) in case of any size issue, please WhatsApp us at +91-8527688209 within 24 hours of the receiving the product, any request post 24 hours of receiving the product wont be eligible for exchange or return. 

2. We are happy to help in case the outfit has defects. Pls WhatsApp us on +91-8527688209 within 24 hours of the receiving the product.

3. Once the exchange request is placed, the customer will have to ship the product to us. For more details please WhatsApp us at +91-8527688209.

4. Exchange is possible only in case of any size issue for the same product only.

5.  Exchange/Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed. 

6. International Orders are not eligible for exchange or returns. 

RETURNS -

1. We do not take return/refund requests in any other scenarios other than a wrong/faulted product is sent by us.

2. Customised orders are not eligible for return/refunds.

4. For any refunds related to defected sets, we will be refunding the amount once we have gone through the whole inspection of the product.
